Very rare map, with numerous place names resulting from Dutch expeditions by Cartensz, Hartog, Nuyts, Van Leeuwin and Tasman. The name ‘A.Tasmans Bocht’ –Abel Tasman’s Bay–for the Gulf of Carpentaria, is a rare usage. Apparently not held by any Australian library.
