Full plate gilt-brass cylinder two train movement, chain fusée, pierced and engraved balance cock with decorative engraved foot, round baluster pillars, metal dust cover, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, Arabic five minute divisions, center seconds, pierced and engraved inner case with decorative scroll and foliate motif, lever in the band for strike/no strike, outer case with polychrome enamel landscape with lady playing castanets, surrounded by white enamel and gilt border, all set within a blue enamel frame, the front and back rims enhanced with translucent blue enamel border with gilt stars, further enhanced with ruby and pearl-seed border finely painted oval enamel scene to the reverse depicting a young lady in the country playing her castanets, white enamel decorative border, movement and dust cover signed and numbered
