Menus appeared in the Foo Chow restaurant where Juntao (Tom Wilkinson) hid his criminal enterprise. This color-printed menu is signed by Ratner, Jackie Chan, Chris Tucker, Tom Wilkinson, Chris Penn, Elizabeth Pena, Tzi Ma, Mark Rolston, and Julia Hsu. It comes mounted behind glass in a custom-made metal and wood frame. Also included are two additional unsigned menus. The menus exhibit folding.
