Later, he assumed the Chair of Civil Engineering at Hong Kong University, where he not only transformed the department but also served as the Dean. Sean's engineering expertise led him to establish a consulting practice in Hong Kong, where he played a pivotal role in major projects, including the airport.During his 21-year association with Hong Kong University, Sean developed an interest in Chinese art, initiating his collection.
