A Very Rare and Desirable Livery Button.

1 Medium size 19th century genuine Citrine Crest Button. This is what is considered to be one of the most sought after crest buttons that exist. The button depicts a Boars head carved into a faceted genuine gemstone Citrine and set in silver with the family crest name "Mackinnon" and date of 1888 inscribed along and around the side of the silver mounting. There was only a few of these that were in the collection of the late Johnny Sprong of New Mexico (a very involved member of the NBS). The buttons were sold off many years ago and Nikki Deal was fortunate to acquire one of them and now so are you. These wont come up often and they appeal to a crossover of collectors, not just those that collect livery buttons.
