A long Halachic responsum of 3.5 pages in the handwriting of Rabbi Yaakov Kazis to his friend Rabbi Azarya Chaim Sanjointi, in response to his previous letter. The letter deals with the laws of Kri'at Shema and the blessings of the Torah. 1794. Rabbi Ya;akov Kazis was the son of Rabbi Yisrael Gedalya Kazis, the Chief rabbi of Modena. Rabbi Azarya Chaim Sanjointi was Av Beit Din of Modena. Nice orderly script. Greenish leaves. 23 cm. Condition: Very Good. High-quality leaves. Folding marks. Slight wear at the margins.
