Republic gold 10 Dukatu 1935 MS64 NGC, Kremnitz mint, KM14, Fr-4. One of the tougher issues of all Czechoslovakian coinage to encounter, struck from a paltry mintage of just 600 pieces and certified on the cusp of a Gem assignment. Among this cataloger's favorite series and one of the more recognizable motifs from this era of European coinage, featuring St. Wenceslas on horseback and fully enshrined by beaming mint brilliance. While the occasional wisp precludes this piece from higher tiers of certification, these do little to hinder the aesthetic appreciation of the piece at hand and demands further consideration by the Czech specialist.
