(x) PCGS AU50 | Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1677 over 6 VICESIMO NONO, third laureate and draped bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, seven strings to harp, lettered edge upwards, 6h (Bull 399 [R2]; ESC 53; Spink 3358), a small metal flaw by B of HIB and other faint surface marks, otherwise toned, the reverse accentuated by residual flare, a pleasingly good very fine, in PCGS holder, graded AU50 (Cert. #38994632).
