D'un point de vue stylistique on retrouve une des caractéristiques de Serrurier-Bovy qui est de mélanger l'art nouveau et ses courbes végétales à des lignes plus géométriques et angulaires.
De plus le tapis porte un numéro à 4 chiffres qui correspond peut être au numero du dessin que le décorateur attribuait à ses pièces. From a stylistic point of view, one can see the characteristic side of Serrurier-Bovy's work which is to mix the curving Art Nouveau with more geometrical and angular lines.
