FERDINANDVS • D: G • R • SI (annulet stops), crowned royal shield / RECORDAT: MISERICOR: SVE (double annulet stops), mature crowned bust of Ferdinand right, sigla T behind. Among the finest of this handsome type seen to-date by NGC, appearing boldly struck on a fully round flan. Expressed in great detail, evidence of weakness has been kept to an absolute minimum, close examination under magnification revealing faint die polish on the obverse.
