A wucai gu-shaped beaker vase. Late 17th century
In the form of an archaic gu vessel with a the slender body, a slightly bulging mid-section, and a trumpet-shaped neck, decorated in underglaze-blue, green, iron-red, and aubergine in three registers to the central section with stems of flowering peonies and chrysanthemum, and to the lower section with leafy branches bearing pomegranates and peaches, the trumpet-shaped neck with a scene of Tang Xuanzong and Chang'e, goddess of the moon, at the Moon Palace. A cracked ice-border around the rim of the neck. Restored.

Wucai-Vase in gu-Form. Spätes 17. Jh.
In Form eines archaischen Gu-Gefäßes mit schlankem Gefäßkörper, leicht gewölbtem Mittelteil und ausschwingender Mündung, dekoriert in Unterglasurblau und in den Aufglasurfarben Grün, Eisenrot, Aubergine und Gelb in drei Registern dekoriert mit Päonien und Chrysanthemen auf dem Mittelteil und im unteren Bereich mit Pfirsich- und Granatapfelzweigen, der trompetenförmige Hals mit einer Szene des Tang Xuanzong und Mondgöttin Chang'e im Mondpalast. Unter dem Rand eine Bordüre von geborstenem Eis. Rest.
