A large and impressive sapphire and diamond ring, the cushion shaped sapphire weighs 17.72cts and is set within a surround of sixteen round brilliant cut diamonds in platinum and white gold. The sapphire has been re-mounted in a modern setting. Accompanied by report number 09192 dated 7th January 2014 from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory stating that the rectangular cushion shaped sapphire measures 14.68 x 13.94 x 9.30mm, weighs 17.72cts and is a natural sapphire with no evidence of heat treatment and of Sri Lankan origin.
