A rare and documented near-pair of George III joined oak coffor bachs, Carmarthenshire, circa 1770 One maker stamped Each with typical detachable ovolo edge-moulded lid, the front with paired pointed-ogee arched raised and fielded panels, the scroll-profiled plinth base enclosing two short lip-moulded drawers, with reeded front feet, one stamped twice 'W.
