Tripod rechaud supporting a large, bulbous teapot with a curved spout. The handle and finial of wood. Engraved on the smooth outer face with the large composite coat-of-arms of the two English noble families of Whalesburgh and Roos of Yorkshire. H 34.5 cm, total weight 2,435 g.

Silber. Auf einem dreibeinigen Rechaud mit eingestelltem Brenner der große, fast kugelförmige Korpus mit geschwungener Tülle. Der Griff des Klapphenkels und der Knauf des wenig aufgewölbten Scharnierdeckels aus Holz. Die glatte Wandung mit großem graviertem Kompositwappen der britischen Adelsfamilien Whalesburgh und Roos of Yorkshire. Marken: BZ London für 1724, MZ Gabriel Sleath (ab 1720, Grimwade Nr. 890). H 34,5 cm, Gesamtgewicht 2.435 g.
