An Amethyst Intaglio Swivel Fob, the oval amethyst depicting a figure subject with Roman soldiers, possibly the spearing of Christ by Longinus, in a yellow reeded frame, measures 3.5cm by 3.0cm see illustration . The swivel fob is in good condition. It bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. Gross weight 13.6 grams. CR made 24.03.21.
