









A FRENCH NAPOLEONIC AN XI CUIRASSIER SWORD SABER, DATED 1813
The brass hilt is stamped with two inspection marks and rack number "6030" on the knuckle guard, wood handle wrapped with leather and wound with twisted wire, straight single-edged blade with two inspection marks on ricasso "L" for Francois Louis Lobsteinand and laurelled "B" for Jean-George Bick, the armory 1st Class inspector, inscribed on the spine with the date and arsenal it was made for "Manufacture Imperial du Klingenthal October 1813." Complete with a two-ringed steel scabbard.
