A fantastic grade is seen on this specimen from Saudi Arabia that dates back to the early 1980s. It is the second variety, with "Acting" in the signature title. All zero serial number and red overprint in both Arabic and English are seen on this note. It is the single finest example of this extremely challenging specimen variety in the PMG population report and a true modern specimen rarity. Not to be underestimated.
