Walter Ernest Spradbery (British, 1889-1969) 'Boxhill by Motor Bus' original gouache for London Transport poster signed 49 x 45cm ***CONDITION REPORT*** Looks to be mostly gouache but possibly also some oil across the bottom on a thick card backing, colours remain mostly strong but the colours in the sky have perhaps discoloured a little and there is some fine but stable craquelure running through the main body of the road, otherwise some light scattered dirt marks, under glass in an old period oak frame, hand inscribed label verso.
