Massachusetts Ancient and Honorable Artillery

Massachusetts Ancient and Honorable Artillery Regiment Bearskin Busby in Tin Case, ca 1920/1930. Large bearskin busby with gold bullion tassels in the rear. Interior with skeleton base frame. Tin case complete with hat base inside. Exterior with white painted script lettering Capt William R. Milton A and H.A.C. 22" height x 14" width.

Captain William R. Milton was born December 8th, 1872 in Cambridge, Massachusetts and was elected to membership in the Company on September 1932. He worked at the New England Telephone and Telegraph Co. Date of death is unknown. Busby is excellent. The tin case has expected paint loss, but over all is in very good condition.
