A nice example of the 'Rice Pounding' 5 Dollars dated 1924. Blue and orange colors with the classical rice pounding vignette at left and sampan at right. The reverse is in red and black, with the bank building at the center. 'FIVE' in red and with Chinese character 'Wu' on either side in red. An evenly circulated note in restored Very Fine condition. The reverse is devoid of any problems, but a few characters of brush pen annotations can be seen on the obverse. A note with fairly decent eye appeal. PMG Comments "Restoration, Ink."
