1935 Talbot T120 Baby Sport cabriolet Carte grise française de collection Châssis n° 85147 Moteur n° 65252 - Dessin d'une grande pureté - Restauration soignée et clairvoyante - Grande marque française, carrosserie rarissime Ce très beau cabriolet Talbot Baby Sport a été vendu neuf en 1935 à un médecin de Rouen. Contrairement à ce que laisse entendre son appellation "Baby", cette voiture est équipée d'un confortable six-cylindres 3 litres lui permettant d'excellentes performances. En 1987, cette Talbot passait entre les mains d'un M. Engel, de Lalonde (Seine Maritime), qui la vendait en 1996 à M. Houdayer (Passionauto), lui-même la cédant aussitôt à son actuel propriétaire. Celui-ci a fait restaurer la voiture, avec remplacement des éléments de la structure bois qui le nécessitaient et choix d'une nouvelle teinte bleu nuit qui lui sied parfaitement. L'intérieur en cuir rouge, qui présente une très belle patine, a été conservé, à l'exception des sièges avant qui ont été refaits mais qui se marient parfaitement avec les éléments anciens grâce à un travail de grande qualité. En 2002, la capote en alpaga, une partie de la sellerie et les moquettes ont été remplacées. Le moteur a fait également l'objet d'une réfection complète en 2006, avec réparation de la culasse, remplacement du régule des bielles, des axes de pistons et des segments, rectification de la ligne d'arbre... Les travaux mécaniques totalisent 8 000 €. Le radiateur a été refait en 2003. Les chromes sont en bon état. Un essai en compagnie du propriétaire a révélé un état de fonctionnement très satisfaisant, la voiture ayant été, de l'aveu du propriétaire, restaurée et entretenue pour rouler. La boîte Wilson donne toute satisfaction. Ce cabriolet quatre places présente une ligne d'une rare élégance car la capote s'escamote complètement, ne venant pas troubler la ceinture de caisse par une disgracieuse protubérance.
