ANTIQUE SPEAR POINT DAGGER KNIFE


French made dagger with horn handle and Damascus pattern blade.

A splendid example of turn-of-the-century continental design, this knife features a lightly down-swept blade with spear point, false edge, elegant profile taper, and a fine longitudinal Damascus pattern visible across its length. A polished stag horn handle is held in place by a molded steel pommel and cap, and secures a finely curved double guard with bone spacer. The sheath, capped in chromed hardware, is wrapped in brown lizard leather. Blade is marked GUERRE A DIJON 25, RUE BOSSUET.� Handle and pommel fit-up remain tight. Blade length 9" L, 14.25"L overall without sheath.
